    Plot Problem with Xerox 510

    We just got a Xerox 510 in and are having problems plotting from AutoCAD 2000 - 2002. Black lines are fine, but we can't get the halftones and shading. Any suggestions? The CAD manager isn't able to resolve this, and I can't send the equipment back.
