I have multiple sites connected via SCN but some latency plagued sites maintain their own VMPRO rather than use centralized.
My question is how bad will this behave if I implement Advanced SCN and users hotdesk between sites? Will VM accounts be created on the local site's VMPRO or is it smart...

Can you create a dial plan with a CCM using sip trunks or does it have to be h323? I thought Cisco used a proprietary sip last time I tried.

403 unit was running 3.1.65 upgraded directly to 3.2.59 and then to 3.2.65 to solve a hunt group problem with 3.2.59.
Now if you reboot the 403 it will default to factory and the config needs to be reloaded. Any ideas?

On 3.1 I used to be able to modify the Operator and remove the view for a lot of the unneeded stuff. I don't need the cust system admins looking at IP routes, logical lans, system, etc.
Now I can see the rights under Operator but can't hide or edit the permissions?

When you forward to a user shortcode the system disregards the user shortcode entry and only follows the system short code entry. 406V2 3.2.55
I need to build a user shortcode:

This forward will only work when the code is created in System shortcodes...
I have an opportunity to install a 5 site SCN using PPP T1.
The catch is the existing 5 year old network equipment is not up to the task so I will need to plug my t1 into a DSU and use the WAN port on the 406V2 to route all voice and data. The main site has a Cisco handling the 5 t1's there...
