    Conferencing problem

    I'm stumped on this one...user one has established a conference call, total on call..three people...when he tries to add an internal person (call the internal person 2222) to the conference call he cannot. This is a continuing problem only with extension 2222. I've checked 2222's station...

    How do you re-set a previously used voice mail box so that the new user gets the Audrey Audix prompts for setting up their voice mail box? I'm simply a back up person for our phone system and our sys admin insists that once a voice mail box is activated you cannot put the Audrey prompts back...
