    Dialing problems

    I am trying to dial a 1800 # (airborne # ) from any phone and I get a weird busy , I think they call it Turkey tone. I am not restricted to any number and can dial anywhere else, but for some reason this number doesn't get thru . Does any one know how to fix that ? Thanks, David
