    Citrix shadow error 535

    I am getting a Citrix shadow utility shadow error code 535 when I launceh from the shadow taskbar. The error states that there is a process at the other end of the pipe. I am trying to determine if it is my network or a Citrix setting. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
