Nortel BCM w/ remote users?
I work for a 20-person company. We have 10 customer support representatives, 4 of whom work from their homes in other states, so we need remote user options plus ACD, plus call statistics reports. Accidentally deleted driver...
Just followed a tech's directions & uninstalled something that I believe is a necessary driver on our aged Nortel Meridian Norstar combined ACD/Voicemail unit (I believe that we have v 3.0, purchased in 1998), and the Voicemail is no longer working. The file uninstalled was MPST. Any idea...- clubber
