On my attendant console my LDN Data for LDN0 is 7000 and my ANI_DATA is ANAT 353 AND ANLD 7447; when calls are placed caller ID is showing the 7000 LDN and I need it to show the 353-7447. Anyone have any suggestions.

I have a path built for external transfer setup on line028; these are centrex lines which require a 9 to dial out. I have configured line028 as PUBLIC but when I call the CCR and press option 5 (external transfer)I recieve a message that states that the line or line pool is not configured for...
I have centrex lines coming into the MICS 4.1 which require a 9 for dial out access, but when I push intercom I have to dial 9 and then I'm transferred to an available line in my pool and I have to dial 9 again. Does anyone know how I can strip one of those nines off.
