phaser 740 smearing
The printer I have is okay but for the top of the paper that has a multi-coloured smear. It comes in the same place each time. It is about 5mm and happens in three places, same patern, same colours. I have cleaned, checked for any deposits etc but to no avail Any help appreciated.- penybont

Epson stylus Pro- battery?
an Epson Stylus pro which I cleaned up because it was refusing to print. I discovered the battery at the rear which is a CR 2032. This was down to one volt. I changed that and now it refuses to start up and give the "data" light flashing. I have found no reference to this battery...- penybont
