When an AES server supporting OCS has links to multiple CM/S8500, how does the AES application determine which link/CM to associate an OCS MOC user when they register with AES?
I'm getting the following error when attempting to load the AES 5.2 template on a S8800 "The template requested more interfaces than are physically available". I had not problems with the system platform installation. Any suggestions anyone?

I have a customer that would like a daily summary report showing calls in, out, lost etc by hour for thir hunt goup. They are Release 3.0.44 with CCC V5. Has anyone created a simular report in custom report or Crystal Report?
