While moving into my new house, my eMac took a tumble down the stairs and has since been rendered unuseable. I was hoping someone could suggest the best way to go about retrieving all my data off the hard drive. I have since bought a new G5 iMac. Can I swap drives?
I have a DCS 2.0 graphic placed in Quark 6.1. When I generate a PDF (6.0) from the file my 2/c DCS 2.0 image turns 4/c. Can I maintain my spot information when going to PDF?

I am using Quark 6 and Acrobat 6.0 Pro. running 10.2.8 on Dual G5 and I seem to run into a problem printing PDF's placed in QX6. Not all PDF's, only a few every now and then. They print out of QX5 fine. Since the PDF's are generated by outside agencies I thought I'd try this before tearing them...
It seems that some if not most of my Quark 5 files that are opened in 6 come in with corrupt text boxes and will not print. I have to re-build these AFTER I find which ones they are. Thanks Quark!! Eventually this should go away after I start building everything in 6.0, but what the hell do I do...
