Calls are received with just silence; no audible message accompanying.

In the Manager error list I'm getting the following error message:

Just installed a new IP500v2 to replace my BCM500.
The PRI works fine on the BCM500.

This is my 1st installation with IP Office. Have worked quite a bit w/Norstar MICS. I've added 4 analog lines to system. Can't seem to figure out how to configure system such that I can dial 9, access a line pool, and dial out. Can someone shed some light? Also, which manual would I have found...
I currently have a BCM400 with 5 DSM32+ cards and 1 T1 card. As such, I'm maxed out at 160 digital sets. I would like to replace the BCM400 such that I can support at least 300 digital sets. Want to keep current investment of digital sets.
