When I´m trying to install the SP4 on my server, I got an error message that says that the arcsetup.exe file is being used and the Windows will not continue the SP4 installation. Any ideas?!?! Thanx Marco

Since I installed the sp4, I simply cannot install any other software. The error is caused by the mpr.dll file, I would like to overwrite it with the prviuos version of that file, but with no success cause the Windows is always using it. So my question is.....HOW THE HELL AM I GOING TO DO SOLVE...
