I am trying to setup a recepetion phone (DN 200, line 300) with 3 appearances of that DN on the phone so that upto 3 calls can come in at once and then if no answer or all 3 busy go to voicemail.

I am having trouble with the TTY ports locking up on an OPT 11. It isn't a 56k modem, I have changed modems and ports and after 1 successful connection, the tty port locks out.

We have a 2250 on an 81c.
When transferring calls, it is not releassing from the switchboard and means that the operator cannot nightswitch as there are still active calls.
Does anyone have any ideas on how to transfer the calls so they release, or to release them afterwards without dropping...

The systems is an option 81c with meridian mail. When a call goes to voicemail and then hangs up during the gretting a message is now recorded (the message is nothing ass the caller has already hung up). This does not normally happen.
Does anyone know how to change this back???
I am unsure how to get a printout of the statistics ( ie no of calls, calls that have been in queue for more than 5 mins etc ) from my MAX system. It is connected to both option 61s and 81s. Any help with this is appreciated.
In the switchboard when we receive an International Call we call them back & then connect them to the number they need to handle their queries, these calls will not release from the Switchboard Consoles until they have finished.
Does anyone have any ideas??
