    Cannot print an envelope

    XP Home edition and Works 6.0....I cannot get an envelope to print. No printing at all appears on an envelope or plain paper. Is this a common problem and is there a solution out there? I do understand the print setup options.....what am I missing?

    Restore a deleted program

    I stupidly deleted MS Works the other day. I went to restore but the only restore point was the time and date of the deletion. (I will set restore points in the future). Is there a way to retrieve Works? I am in the middle of writing a grant and Wordpad does not cut it. Thanks in advance.
