    Meridian Version

    Hi! I have an Option 11C and Meridian Mail. The cover says Meridian 1. When I terminal into the Meridian Mail menues, it does no display teh version of the Meridian Mail software anywhere that I can find. Any idea how I can figure out what version I have? Dave M IT OGI

    Hi! I have a Nortel Option 11C with Meridian mail and Symposium SECC. When people call an ACD agent the display name does not show on their phone until after the line is picked up. Is this normal? Or is there soem fix/workaround? Our setup only had "call ID" like display for DN...
