Our customer is running an ACS 6.0 system and we have installed a Partner Doorphone that works just fine, but after the doorphone calls and hangs up the call the doorphone will then keep calling ext 10 by itself with phantom ringing after 3 or so minutes.

Caller ID Number is appearing automatically on lines 1 and 2, but not on line 3.. Once line 3 is answered it shows caller ID info, so it is definitely ordered on that line, just need to program it so it shows immediately like the first 2 lines.. any thoughts?

and how would it differ from just assinging a line to a certain extension?
Is a T1 module really neccessary if a customer says they need DID or can I just get by with a normal ACS system and dedicate lines to extensions through programming?
