New install of Contact Center 7.1, stand alone sever,
all software loaded ok but I can not browse to the web admin page--
just get page under construction--
any help would be appreciated!
Norstar ICS, customer has caller id, stopped working--found we had to install 4 db pads on line to get it working 100% again--customer now tells me it used to show name and then when they answered it would show caller id number---
I can get it to show name or number but not switch to the other...

They want to just press 1 button and be logged in/out
