    win98 startup "cannot find cwcprops.cpl" message

    The message box appears just after the win98 splash. I just press OK & cary on - no harm done, but a pain in the a*@*. I have never used Corel Draw, so I assume it's a Control Panel Link. Can I stop startup looking for the file (if so, how?) or should I download the offending file (if so...
