    Disabling File and Printer Sharing using a GPO

    I have a network of about 70 computers. They are all Windows 2000 or Windows XP. They all have File and Printer Sharing enabled on them because a consultant came in before I got here and told them to turn it on. Is there a way to change this using AD?     I have a network of about 300 workstations. The network admin before me created a lot of really bad Group Policies. I would like to set all of my workstations back to default so that the new group policies will take effect. Can someone please let me know how I might accomplish this. Thanks!
