    Administrative messages

    Is there any way of sending administrative messages to all mailbox users for Exchange 5.5? I would like to send warnings to users without using my own mailbox also didn't like the ideal of spaming from the service account.

    Internet Mail Service Error

    Wondering if anybody has any idea why in IMS queues all Outbound messages awaiting conversion does not delete any queue after going through this delivery. Messages are being sent and are not stuck even though the details says message is pending.

    Hiding users

    Is there anyway to hide a mailbox so that only certain users or department can view it? I don't want to check the hide from address book as this will hide from everybody in the advance tab.
