    XP professional password problem

    i have a desktop with xp professional installed. just resently, it told me that my password will expire in x days... how can i disable this feature? is this a security and maintenance feature of xp professional? tnx.

    Files or Folder missing after Windows 2000 server scandisk

    my windows 2000 server hang. there was no response when i pressed ctrl+alt+del so i resorted to pressing the restart button. when i started it went into a scandisk kind of disk management tool and said it fixed some portions of the partition. when i view a certain folder it was all gone...
