I have a customer that needs to push their individul DID's out. Under PRI, Number to Sent, when we send Base Number with Extension, it's only sending the area code and extension. It drops the exchange. One time it dropped the 1st digit of the extension. The exchange is 918.

Is there any to make silent monitor work all the time?
As I see it, it only works on incoming calls to a hunt group. If a supervisor goes to monitor a call of an ext. and that person is on an outgoing call or an incoming call that came directly, it doesn't work.
Anyway around this?

Is there anyway to have more than 2 IP Set up on a BCM400 release 4.0? As I see, you can only use 1 LAN port to route all IP traffic over? Is that right? Can't you route VOIP trunking over 1 and IP sets over another?

When setting up a PRI with DID's, if the DID's match the extensions, why do you still have to make target lines for the DID's to route to an extension??
