    Export Station/PEN and Line Appearance on the 9006

    I am trying to find a way to export the following info: Station #, PEN, Display Name, and any line appearances the station has... ie: the 'Key System' tab, 'Line Key Layout' stations. I would like to be able to do this from a 4000 and from a 9006 ... is this kind of export possible? Thanks!

    UniPhi Connect Rips queue backing up

    Report on Trunks

    I know therre is an "All Trunks Busy" report that tells you how many seconds all trunks in a specific trunk group were busy, but I am wondering if there is a report or a way to report on the peak percent of trunks that were busy per half hour. (not seconds all trunks were busy). Any ideas? -Matt

    4 to 5 digit dialing plan change

    I am planning on doing a dialing plan change in a couple of weeks on my ACD. We are at 8.3 cm04. I have never been involved in a dialing plan change and just wonder if there are any unexpected hitches that go along with one of these? Has anone changed their dialing plan on their ACD?
