    Internet is on but browser and email act like it is not

    I keep having this problem where after my computer is on for about 1-2, internet on the whole time, but as soon as I try to browse the internet it acts like I'm not connected at all (giving me the cannot access web page), same goes for email. Now when I restart my computer, everything is fine...
