Hello, I have a Avaya 4412D+ phone on the merlin integrated system. This phone has a port for a headset underneath it. I have tried to use this port to no avail. Hello, I have been trying to setup an extension to transfer back to the automated attendant. The extension work when dial from the automated message but all I get is a busy signal when trying to actually send a caller to that extension.
