    Outlook Express Error 0X800CCC0F

    One day it was fine but the next the above error showed up and no changes had been made but I cannot post or receive emails. I am running Win 98SE with OE6, tried the critical updates it gets part way through and then says something about no connection and won't install - but I'm on broadband...
