I have a user that is saying messages are being left in the voice mail box for an ACD queue that are not showing up for hours. This is not just a matter of the light not coming on but that the message is (supposedly) not there. Has anyone had this problem or know what to do about it?

Looking at previous posts I see that reloading MM 13 from the install tape allows the change of admin and tools passwords. Will reloading from a backup tape allow the same? That's all I've got.

We had a hard drive failure in CMDU 0 on a 61C. I have it back up and working after reseating the CMDU but now need to replace it. Do I just disable the bad one and replace it or do I need to restore to the new one from my back up before it will work?
How do you add key codes for converting digital t/n's to analog from a diskette? We have an OPT 61C with Succesion 3.0. Will this require a sysload or can it be done while in service? I can't have this thing down during business hours.
How do you program a SA RING button on a BIS 22 D set? it is on a Legend 7.0 system. This button was set up on the phone but some how disappeared. The SA Voice and SA ORIG buttons are still there. Can this be done at the phone or does it have to be done at the terminal?

I have a 61c with suc. 3.0 and OTM 2.1. We need to be able to see 911 calls that are dialed by accident that last only a few seconds. Is that possible? If so does anybody know how? I can see calls that last 4 seconds or more.
