    Meridian Mail Link Status

    Just came off of a 10 hour city-wide power loss due to weather. Have an Opt 61 with Meridian Mail. Opt 61 came back up fine, but Meridian Mail isn't so happy.     T1/E1 to Fiber media converter

    We have the opportunity to replace existing T1's from our central 61C to our satellite Option 11's with fiber. Does anyone know of a good media converter to accomplish this? The distance will be 1-1.5 miles.

    Calls through ACD go to wrong voicemail

    We have switched our main number from xxx-5800 to xxx-5000. To minimize confusion, I set up an ACD so that calls to the old number (5800) are forwarded to 5000. (very basic) Everything works fine except when calls are transferred from 5000 to another number and there is no answer, it goes back...
