Exclusions
Simple questions: I am excluding folders for scheduled scans ie: d:\catalog. My question is if I want to exclude the whole drive do I type 'D:\, or just 'D:'? I ask because I inherited a SAV10 environment and presently the drive exclusions are 'D:' and I think they should be 'D:\'. As well...- BlairJ

Some clients will not update defs with Parent Server
I have recently upgraded to SAV 10 on Windows 2000 Servers and have a few clients that stop receiving updates from the Parent Server. What seems to be happening is when the nightly scheduled scan starts the rtvscan.exe process hangs (as I am unable to stop or pause it on the clients). No errors...- BlairJ
