We have a CMS R15, 100 Agent call center and can only get 2 days worth of agent trace reports.
Can this be increased so we can historically run an agent trace report on any of the 100 agents going back two months.

We have IMS works fine however i am unable to get an external alert.
1. Ims is in a domain enviroment with exchange 2000 and works fine.
2. The Vmpro SMTP in control panel has been setup to look with the exchange server port 25 using the email account used for the voicemail

I am unable to make a calls from BRI Stations internal or external however they can recieve internal and external calls but not from BRI station.
I am using s8300/g350 3.1
the ports have been configured as data modules 3001 to 3008.

Newbie to Cisco , we have three sites with 1721 routers connected via serial interface and would like to set these to prioritise voice calls between three Miltel PBX.

It appears the official HELP DESK SUPPORT is non existant as it is becoming more and more evident we guys get a better support from Tek Tips or are we just too lazy to log calls with them.
Its probably the best kept secret , " HELP DESK " , what do you say ?
I vote the ip office the best of its kind, put a side the contant rollout of the new software and bug fixes its got to be my true valentine.
Why because its easy to install and programe and i make loads of money from it, ask the Mrs ?

Hi all Nortel BCM Boffins, my company is considering a change of scene from Migrating from a Stable Index feature rich with an ip office using voip.
I do not know much about BCM please advise if you think we are making the right move.
Internal and DDI calls going to differrent users.Out the 40 extensions the IPO has 6 users with same first names and on a number of occassions one of the 6 users which has 15 characters and also happens to have the lowest directory number of the 6 seem to be receiving the calls.
