WP 8 died, need to move address book...

3Com SuperStack 1000 Diagnostic
G'day all, I have a 3Com SuperStack 1000 that, for some reason, not all the ports will link. I bought it pre-owned, and I do not know if the ports are turned off. Aside from getting into the switch, is there any way to tell if the port is dead or just turned off? Thanks, Nick Nick Shank...- nshank
