    cannot generate new address book views

    I am logged on to my exchange server with full administrative rights but exchange will not let me create new address book views - the error message I get is DS_E_Insufficient _Access_Rights - it doesn't make sense !

    Cannot install Add-Ins for MS Office

    When I try to install the add-ins I keep getting an error message telling me that Microsoft Excel cannot run the addin - The add-in is definitely in the right location - infact I have copied it to several different locations and redirected Excel to them but still no luck - any ideas ?

    Excel shuts down after 3 clicks in a cell ?

    I am experiencing difficulty when using excel via an ica client - if you click 3 times in quick succession then Excel just closes and you lose all your work - any ideas ?

    Print jobs cannot be deleted - how do I delete them

    I frequently have to reboot my Citrix Server to clear print queues. When I try to delete print jobs that appear not to be working (sitting in the queue for hours/days) it appears to be deleting but just sits there. Any ideas ??
