I have a very strange occurance ...
User A has Cable Internet (180KB/s)
User B has Cable Internet (180KB/s)
My Server has a 1,000 KB/s Max Limit
User A goes to download a file it travels at 180 KB/s
User B goes to download the same file it travels at 30 KB/s
Why is User B downloading so...
I have recently purchased Colocation access which gives me 1 MB sustained access, 255 IPs and 1U space… Now each client I have I do not want to spend $24 using Netsol’s Advanced DNS Manager… nor do I want to setup 2 extra Colocation servers just for DNS!....
So here’s my idea… (please tell me...

Recently bought a colocation and shipped away my server bundled up like a pampered baby in Windows 2003 Server ....
The colocation provider I have says they give me 255 IPs for free so do I need a DNS server as long as I don't go over 255 clients?
(heres a dumber question) please...
