    Operator phone rings once before the Automated Attendant picks up. Any ideas why this would be happening? 007MLM Merlin Legend R7 V12 Also if I dial 0 from any phone I get a fast busy. It doesn't go to the operator ext. 10. Any idea why this might be happening?

    Hi- We recently had a processor card die on us. I opened up that clamshell and it was a CKE4. The only replacement processor card I could find for cheap was a CKE3 with R7 V12.
