    Setting up NTP protocol for Time Sync on a Prologix

    I am trying to setup our Prologix v.9 to go out to our network to sync up the time to our Windows Servers or Cisco Routers. The Router and servers get their time from Internet NTP Server. What do I need to do to enable NTP and setup the Sync?

    How do I reset the VM Account Password on Definity Audix?

    I have both Definity Audix and Intuity Audix boxes. I can set the VM password on the Intuity servers, but am unable to find how to set the VM Account on a definity Audix. Can anyone shed any light? Thanks.

    Has anyone seen a document that shows when Avaya will consider a G3 to be at the end of support for software. I have heard that V4 - 6 are now at end of life, and V7 is July of this year. However I cannot find anything in writing.

    Change Definity Audix from 3 digit Extensions to 4?

    How do I go about changing my Definity Audix R3.2 from accepting 3 digit extensions to 4. When I change a Subscriber from the 3 digits to 4, I get the message [Too Many Digits in Extension]. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks!
