    How use BE 8.6, please somebody help me!!!!

    My tape drive passed in all tests that I made, communications, read an write. I did a full backup with a trial version of TapeWare, but when I tried to use the BE 8.6 I got a I/o Device error and my job fail. Is TapeWare better than BE 8.6??? Please help me to do some backups with BE Thanks
