    Powevault 220

    Can anyone lend some advice. I've replaced two drives in our Dell Powervault 220, now the server dosen't see the array, it was set as a virtual drive. In the sever manager the drive array state shows "failed". Do I use the PERC utility to "Rebuild"? I don't want to lose the data in my array...

    4506 and CiscoView 3.0

    Just installed and configured a new 4506, but when I try to add it in Ciscoview it comes up with "Unsupported device". HTTP server is enabled and port set per docs, ping is good from Ciscoview console station. Any ideas?

    1 user can't recieve

    We keep getting the 5.1.1 error message when sending to only one user. I've validated his mailbox, account, SMTP addresses both internaly and using www.network-tools.com He's set up identical to everyone else. Anything else to check? Maybe in his Outlook 2002 on his workstation?
