    Names Menu in AUDIX

    Anyone know how to play the system message with instructions on how to dial by last name when transferring within Intuity Audix? When in a mailbox you can press *A and hear a nice set of instructions, but I want to make it an option on my auto-attendant without recording my own voice. Thanks! Josh
