    Call Pilot not syncing with Cics 6.0

    I just moved a CICS 6.0 and callpilot 100 to a new location. I sat for about 3 months before reinstall. The Call pilot won't sync up ( no green connect light). I have used a serial cable and watched the install on a 3x8dr5 and i DO get a sync. So now I'm leaning towards a bad KSU. A bit more...

    Disable Voice mail on Elite

    My customer aquired this Elite from somewhere. It has the old config including VM. I'd like to disable the vm, perhaps on 2 incoming lines, but could also default the system. Could someone point me in the correct direction please. Thanks Mike

    Can't access NAM2

    I recently aquired a NAM 2. I installed it on a CICS with 2 digit DN and the VM was set at 3. The NAM boots fine, makes all the bells and whistles but none of the features except F915 work. All it does is revert to date and time in the display. Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated. Mike

    How can I make additional sets ring and be answered on internal calls

    I have flash calling ext XXX at night. It is an emergency set. I know I can have external ringers but I want to have multiple extensions ring and be able to pick up those internal calls. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
