    hp v40 officejet

    My hp v40 will not pick up paper to feed to the rollers to print. All the motors are working. I can manually feed by turning feed rollers by hand. The sheet lifter will lift the paper to the feed rollers when I turn the rollers by hand. Could it be a sync problem.
