I have Avaya CM52 and Veremark CAS, now the CDR is able to capture the ANI (10-digit caller number) and the extension (7-digit agent login id) for the inbound calls, however, I am wondering if it is possible to have CDR to get additional DNIS (10-digit) too...
Our PBX is Nortel 61c and Voice mail is Octel 250. The access number to voice mail is 6789. The switch console is 2250.
There are two groups of subscribers in the voice mail system, 2### and 6###, while the 6### user has corresponding extension on the PBX and 2### doesn't.

In a Octel 250, one listen-only mailbox is improperly set to the wrong COS so someone left 2 other messages in that mailbox right after the office announcement message. I checked the contributer list, there is none. I wonder if there is anyway to erase those two messages while keep the first...
We are using Meridian 61C connected with Octel 250 through 16 ports.
Today I change TN settings on those ports and found the status pf ports become "LOG OUT" in the LD 32. So no one can enter the voice mail now.
Could you please let me know how to make those ports log into voice mail?
