    The Internet Exployer is sitting on my screen..frozen

    When all the icons get on. then this big Internet exployer covers almost all my screen. I have Goggle as my home page. so this thing shows up will not move.doesn't have a toolbar or header. I have done,a three month restart,three finger salute,every thing I can think of... alkaha
