    Monitor, limit traffic with DHCP or something similiar.

    I have a lab of 50 computers. I would like to limit each PC's available internet bandwidth, something like 1gb of download a day and block certain ports, like kaza, etc. I have a license for Windows Server 2003. Does anyone know of a product that will work well with the OS? Thanks !
