    help setting up Norstar isdn BRI-U2

    I have inherited a system (MICS 5.0) that has to have a BRI-U2 card set up. I have the ISDN circuit numbers and SPID numbers for the circuits. The loops are to be used as voice only. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

    Can a Norstar Phone system be set to delay ring for CID? Customer keeps answering phone before CID is delivered to phone. I understand that CID is delivered after or on second ring.

    Meridian time set

    I have a customer that has a problem. When he sets the time on his phone system, the time changes to what he puts in but never starts running. The phone says it is updating and says update complete. I think it is the old mics 1.1 software.

    I have inherited a Norstar MICS 6.0 ksu. I have to connect 2 ISDN lines to this system and don't know what to ask telco to determine if I need PRI or BRI cards. Can the existing T7324 phones work with the ISDN lines. Thanks in advance
