Can a preloader load info to SEPERATE movie?

Make pop-up window with flash page inside?!?
What I want to do is simple. On my first flash page, I want a button. When clicked it opens a new window with exact dimensions (all of that resizable=no, scrollbars=no) stuff. But instead of just opening a HTML page or a .JPG I need it to open another flash movie. Thanks in advance, Tyler Lucas- x2d
