Missing file menu in windows XP
hey, i have this problem regarding windows XP. When i double click on my computer, i notice that something is missing on the top. i do not see any menus at all. By that i mean, i dont see file, edit, view, etc, etc. Additionally, i do not see any toolbars (i.e. back, forward, stop, etc...- Murry234
