    Unable to locate winsrv.dll BSoD

    I have the same problem as this on my win2000 pro machine. This problem resulted after repairing my system file located in the config folder which had become corrupt after the failed SP4 install. This is the 3rd time a win update has corrupded my system file causing my machine to be unbootable...
