Exmerge Issues... once again.
Alright, I am sure you are all tired of hearing about everyones exmerge issues but this one has me stumped. I am doing a server move from exchange 5.5 to exchange 2k, using exmerge 3.71 on the 5.5 machine and the exmerge that comes with exch2k sp3 on the other machine. My problem is that not...- b166er

Removing the last DC in a domain with NTDSUTIL
The tech before me did a bad demote on the last DC in this domain so now DCPROMO will not demote, it doesn't see the server as a DC in dcpromo but is still the DC through its network ID.
