The drive that holds Exchange 2000 Databse is down to 150MB
and i need to be able to reduce the size of the database..
Is it correct that purging mail boxes or using pst's for the usere's will not reduce the database size or do i need to purge then run ann offline defrag to solve this...

We have Merlin Legend System with Audix... Have a user who's physical phone (line probably cut up in ceiling somewhere) is not accessible and need to forward calls to his extension to his cell #...and obviously cant do feature 33 etc... Cant seem to find a way to set the forwarding in the system...
