Customer wants to track dialed numbers. I have Delta Server running, but have no track of dialed numbers over analog lines. Also, no number or part of dialed number is displayed on Call Status. Have anyone had this kind of problems? What should I do to resolve it?
I tried least cost routing over VPN lines and it worked. But when I tried it with BRI and analog lines, it did not work at all. Can anyone help me with this?
